YES tv no picture other channels fine!?

As title i can watch any other channel on sopcast such as shanghai sports but as soon as i try to go with my man YES to watch the footy games in english etc the following happens. The channel loads and as its buffering up to around 95% the screen just flickers with white lines, no signs of the football etc, its now staying up at 92% with no sound and a black screen??? like i said other channels seem ok, any ideas pleaseeeeeeeeee
